Spreading the inspired legacies mission and vision, associates act as champions of the work we do. They may speak under our umbrella and act as local agents in their geographical realms to promote inspired legacies work, products, services, and values.

Phil Cubeta Phil Cubeta
Phil Cubeta, CLU, ChFC, MSFS, CAP is the Sallie B. and William B. Wallace Chair in Philanthropy at The American College. He is responsible for the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) curriculum. Prior to joining The American College, Phil worked for New York Life Insurance Company in a variety of roles in training, instructional design, financial planning, and advanced underwriting. From 1991 to 1993, he headed up New York Life's Charitable Giving Network of Agents. From 1995 to 2008, he served as Chief for The Nautilus Group, a service of New York Life Insurance Company providing estate, business, and philanthropic strategies to affluent clients through 200 of the company's top agents. Phil is past-President of the North Texas Chapter of National Committee on Planned Giving. He also serves on the Education Committee of Dallas Social Venture Partners. He works with Inspired Legacies as a volunteer.

Ginni Galicinao Ginni Galicinao, CPCC
Ginni Galicinao has been coaching individuals and partners since 2004. She received her certification through the Coaches Training Institute and is a member of the International Coach Federation. Ginni enjoys working with people who are committed to stepping into their passion, taking their life to the next level, to finding balance in their lives, and creating an intentional and inspired legacy.

Ginni has been in a leadership position in the nonprofit world since 1990. She has raised millions of dollars, has mentored and provided training to nonprofit executives, and has served on many boards. She finds it rewarding to show development officers the joy of approaching fund-raising from the perspective of the philanthropist, as opposed to the perspective of solicitor.

Sondra Shaw-Hardy Sondra Shaw Hardy
Sondra Shaw-Hardy is a philanthropist herself. She speaks, advises and writes widely about how women's philanthropy can make the world a better place and how women are poised to bring about change. Since 1995 she has written, co-authored, or co-edited three books about women and philanthropy and is currently working on two more.

Over the past twenty-five years Sondra has founded or co-founded numerous nonprofit groups including the Women's Philanthropy Institute with Martha A. Taylor, a program of the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University, as well as several giving circles throughout the United States.

Sondra Shaw-Hardy, J. D, has been a faculty member, politician, public relations consultant, development director and manager. She is an active community volunteer and philanthropist and has served on the boards of the Traverse City Women's Resource Center, the Munson Hospital Regional Foundation and is currently on the board of the Traverse City Opera House. She served on the founding committee for the first Traverse City Film Festival.

Jule Meyer works with Inspired Legacies and partner nonprofit Bolder Giving to strategize, create joint programming and is helping both organizations launch a joint fund-raising campaign. She brings almost thirty years of fund-raising experience working with national organizations such as Global Impact, the Student Conservation Association, RESULTS and the Bainbridge Graduate Institute. She has a Masters in Social Work Administration, a recent certificate in Sustainable Business from BGI, and is a Certified fund-raising Executive (CFRE).

Many years ago Jule served in the Peace Corps as a health educator, and today she serves on nonprofit boards that are affecting issues ranging from international poverty to the Seattle arts scene. She is a philanthropic advisor, helping clients to start nonprofits, including foundations, and to plan their legacies. She says, "I have finally found my people! The staff, volunteers and consultants of Inspired Legacies have a vision that I shareÑthere is so much work to be done to motivate advisors and donors and IL has the tools!" Jule recently organized a series of events for Inspired Legacies founders to educate groups of advisors, donors and nonprofit professionals. She is also enthusiastically building networks of these groups in several parts of the country through local networks affiliated with the national organization Advisors in Philanthropy.

Founder and principal of "Credible Giving," Mike has built a career making certain decision makers have access to reliable, high quality information. Given his family's distribution of more than $180m to charitable causes since 2006, he's an advocate for inspired giving plans and contributor to the dialogue around what constitutes "high impact philanthropy." Mike's professional credentials include certifications as a project manager, a planned giving specialist and work as a technology leader and leadership development consultant.

Mike has worked with elected officials, senior execs at Fortune 500 companies, non-profit leaders and entrepreneurial business owners in roles that support their personal success. A collaborator by nature, Mike helps clients find the ideal tools and partners needed to deliver compelling results.

Lisa Parker Lisa Parker
Lisa Parker has over 25 years in youth and family philanthropy and has been the President and Executive Director of the Lawrence Welk Family Foundation since 1997. She launched the Foundation's youth philanthropy initiative in 2003 and helped seed a broader youth giving movement. In 2009 she founded Family Circle Advisors helping families, schools, foundations and corporations more deeply engage youth in meaningful giving experiences. Ms. Parker's work has included managing nonprofit organizations and consulting with both corporate and family foundations and she has spoken extensively on issues related to youth and family philanthropy. As a mother of two, she is particularly passionate about helping families nurture the philanthropic impulse in future generations.


Heather Gee Heather Gee
Heather Gee is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) with more than 25 years of fundraising, gift planning, and philanthropic guidance experience. During her career, Heather has served in various senior level fundraising positions including the University Of Baltimore School Of Law, United Way of Central Maryland, Baltimore Reads, Dallas Symphony and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Philadelphia, PA. And for the past 11 years, Heather was Vice President for Development and Donor Services for The Philadelphia Foundation. She spearheaded asset development and donor stewardship of this $270 million community foundation, bringing in tens of millions of philanthropic dollars for local and national causes.

Heather is the former Chair of the Board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Greater Philadelphia Chapter, former board member of the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy, current board member of the International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy and Inspired Legacies, guest faculty for the American College's Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation, and is a member of several Estate Planning Councils in addition to serving on the Program and Allied Professionals Committees of the Philadelphia Partners in Philanthropic Planning.

Heather recently launched her own philanthropic consulting practice, GPS Philanthropy. As a professional services organization, one of its areas of expertise it to lead people and organizations as they pursue relevancy and purpose during their philanthropic journey. GPS clients include nonprofits, foundations and corporations that need fundraising guidance, advice, tools and personalized strategic and impacting giving strategies. Her focus also includes family trusts, businesses and offices with philanthropic individuals who seek direction in their contributions and legacy planning.

Teaching engagements include The American College, Eastern University, Villanova University, Association of Fundraising Professionals, Partnership for Philanthropic Planning, Purposeful Planning Institute and National Center on Black Philanthropy.
